Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, you will be notified by email.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size of the order and destination. Carrier selection is at our discretion.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages, including packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We do not issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for review.
